Terms of Service

Services

Hinsley Cleaning Group provides commercial cleaning services including janitorial services, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, and green cleaning in Winston-Salem, NC, the Triad, and Charlotte.

Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was observed during the initial assessment or walk-through.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of one-time services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Recurring commercial accounts are invoiced on agreed terms (typically Net 15 or Net 30).

Liability

Hinsley Cleaning Group carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Documentation of coverage is provided on request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a visit doesn't meet our standard, we come back and re-clean at no charge. Notify us within 24 hours of the service visit.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge.
